We're excited to announce another whiskey to whet your winning appetite--this time we're hailing the arrival of Reservoir's Hazmat Wheat.

At 144 proof, this bottling of 65% wheat, 30% rye, and 5% corn has just found its way out of alligator charred quarter casks after 6 1/2 long sleepy years. 

Nose: Granny Smith apple along with almond pastry filling and a touch of marshmallow. 

Palate: Hot honey and maple syrup find themselves behind a bit of candy apple.

Finish: Orange peel, cinnamon, and chili pepper are up front with wintergreen peeking at the very end.
