Having slumbered the better part of the last decade away in our remarkable quarter casks, we've bottled this bourbon beauty at an eyebrow raising proof of 141.2. Distilled with a mashbill of 80% corn and 20% wheat, we're spotlighting the fact that this blend was distilled and aged "as is"--no blending post aging. 

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Oak, earthy, sweet tobacco, apricot

Palate: Spicy cinnamon, hot chili, citrus

Finish: Warm, hot spices, mint
