Introducing--from our Hall of Flame--Reservoir's 7-year-old Hazmat Bourbon.

Having a lengthy nap in three of our remarkable quarter casks, we've bottled this blazing beauty that reached an eye-watering proof of 142. Distilled with a mashbill of 100% corn, and springing from two 5-gallon Barrel Mill casks and one 5-gallon Gibbs cask, we're spotlighting our newest bourbon beauty with a note of heads up--only 10 bottles available!

Tasting Notes:
Nose: lemon zest, coconut and cloves

Palate: pineapple with salted caramel and macadamia

Finish: cinnamon and black pepper with powdered sugar
