Holland’s Ghost: We’ve given Mr. Holland a bit more time in his slumbering phase. This luscious bourbon has been maturing in our one-of-a-kind alligator char "small barrel" casks for a minimum of two to three years, then finished in a local Richmond, VA stout barrel for nearly two and one half years. 15% Wheat 70% Corn 15% Rye.

Nose: Nice sweetness right out of the glass. Almost like cotton candy or pink bubblegum. Hints of sweet almond lead to milk chocolate notes

Palate: Molasses and a spice like cayenne. Peanut butter on the palate

Finish: Nutty, spicy warm, and mouth-coating
