To cap this year off with one last warm hug of heat, we're unveiling our final Hazmat Whiskey of 2023!

This deep treacle colored 100% wheat whiskey is 141.8 proof and a 50/50 split from one Barrel Mill and one Gibbs Brothers cask. With more than five years slumbering in these two 5 gallon barrels, we know this spirit will be holiday toast-worthy.

Bottles available online and in our Tasting Room on Wednesday, December 13th at 1 pm.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh mint and anise. Honey suckle and sweet tea with a note of golden raisins.

Palate: Molasses, fig newton, and almond pastry filling along with graham cracker and pistachio.

Finish: Warming, spicy black licorice.  A syrupy finish with a touch of cardamom.
