Reservoir newest release is a five-year-old fiery wheated rye hazmat.

With a post distillation blend of 33.3% wheat and 66.6% rye, this warming whiskey is made from single grain rye barrels casked in the spring of 2018 and single grain wheat barrels casked in the fall of 2018.

All casks were 5 gallon Gibbs barrels created with our custom alligator char.

Tasting Notes from the Rickhouse Team:

Nose: Fruity and Spicy. Peppercorn, hot honey, Cara Cara orange, freshly grated nutmeg

Palate: Black tea, orange rind, and baking spices 

Finish: Spice and heat lead to star anise followed by spearmint, citrus, and clove
